We are in the process of purchasing another property and will have our euros in place with Barclays through Corpay. Sabadell have told me there is a 0.38% charge to receive these funds. The funds are quite large so this is hundreds of euros. I haven’t asked yet but I assume they will also charge to send this money to the vendors account and point of completion. Wise has told me that to transfer the euros to my Wise account is free but they will charge 0.41% to transfer the money to the vendors account. Again hundreds of euros. Has anyone done anything different and cheaper??
