Covid restrictions

Coming out in a couple of weeks time but my husband’s last vaccine was 23rd October 2021. I looked at the government web site and it says last covid booster had to be within 270 days. Which had obviously expired.  However when looking at his nhs covid pass it says valid until April 2023. Any idea whether this is okay to travel with ?

If you have had 2 doses + booster there is no time limit
