Best Area/Place to stay as a family

 :)Hello
We are hoping to come and holiday here next Aug, we are a Family of 6 2adults and 4 children.
We won’t be hiring a car so looking for somewhere fairly central to restaurants,supermarkets and beach etc
We would like either a villa with private pool or a townhouse/apartment with communal pool.
Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction
