V16 emergency light

Good morning
Where is the best place to buy a V16 DGT approved emergency light from please ? I could bring one from England but they are over £60 which seems quite a lot. Do they need the geolocation built in or is just the flashing light enough.

The magnet will be naff all use on my motorhome which has a GRP clad aluminium roof.  Perhaps I should stop when I get to the Pyrenees. That's always assuming DVLA won't think that I'm too decrepit come December when my licence is up for renewal anyway.
