Probably won’t be seen any time soon.
Heard on the grapevine that the normal driver has given up, and that the process for training a new driver ( assuming one is found ) is 3 months.
So could well be a train less summer.

Looks like it’s up and running.  Saw it yesterday with passengers.  New green and white colou.

It definitely has two carriages - think it was the angle the photo was taken!

Heads up - its 5 Euros per trip, not hop on/hop off like the old train. I found it didn't seem to ride the speed bumps very well.

We were charged 5Euros from Carabassi to GA centre where we had something to eat. We returned on the last train back to Carabassi where the same male driver said our tickets were not valid!! We were charged another 5Euros and told it is 5Euros per trip. As someone has stated a taxi is better value and more comfortable!!

In the first few days of operation there was confusion from the driver, however, Borja, the Tourism Councillor has clarified and it is now €5 per round trip.
