Entry requirements

So...am I correct in thinking that entry requirements are
A copy of vaccination via NHS App
A QR Code for the "Sanitary Control Form" completed 48 hrs before
I don't need a locator code etc for Spain?

On return
I need to have booked the day 2 antigen test
Fill in the passenger locator form 48 hrs before?

Is that everything?

No idea what a sanitary control form is but you will need to fill in Spanish locator form and the UK gov one before you return to the UK and you will need your proof of Vaccination if you fly Ryanair all these docs need to be uploaded to their website.

Thank you...Easyjet call it that...I assume it's the health survey that you get a QR code for?

That's the website but I think the name of the form may have changed?
Can I confirm that it is the one form you usually need to complete to enter not two?

Theres only the one form needed to be filled in  for re entry into Spain and its the Spanish locator form, which will give you a QR code, of course you need your proof of being double jabbed too.
For UK entry yes you need to book your day two test (and also prove double jabbed status )and I believe that now only needs to be lateral flow but you will need the code from that to put in the locator form for UK as you fill it in
I printed my forms out to paper copies as I find that more reliable and can be shown easily rather than fishing through the phone for codes, no risk of problems with your phone, which one guy boarding the same plane as us said he was having and they wouldn't let him board without proof
We've just done it all

We came into Alc last week on our 5th trip and everything is exactly the same for entry as it has been all summer., though the Spanish health form has some new questions. You will need on landing your passport, your locator health form and should and it was asked for your nhs vaccine certificate which must be in date, most the early ones have now expired. We’ve got some LFT tests which you take on return to the UK. As I tell anyone who asks you must check today’s rules that apply to your circumstances as different rules apply to different people.

Yes Wilson I can see how hard it must be on the front line (Our 5th Trip). I really do feel for you not getting away that often.

Never make assumptions dear Derek whilst we are currently sat in the sun in GA at 10pm we land in sunny England, at 7am Monday we will both be PPEd and on a red Covid ward which have doubled since we’ve been in GA, it’s then 70 hours week including nights and weekends, whilst your mate behind the black door is still on plan A, our trust is in the real world and implementing plan C from tomorrow. We’re always in need of volunteers so now you’ve sold up maybe a new direction might be good. Oh and I’ve still got 2 weeks of leave left from 2020 and not yet touched 2021 so watch this space.
