Search for a post by Alexandra Moutier-Lebaron who asked this question recently and got several suggestions. I have copied the replies so far in the next posting. Imed and Salvum get mentioned by a few, as well as a girl who says she does them?? In the last post, Alexandra replies that an appointment has been booked in Imed in Elche.

Thanks Aficionado, very useful post and link to their website.
I love the way they don't give you an address but show you a photo of the hospital. Murcia seems a better choice as it's opposite Le Roy Merlin so you could kill two birds with one stone.
It's 110 euros for a result in 12 hours or 150 for a 1 hour turn round.
Very good website.

Check which tests are accepted to fly.  Our friends went back two weeks ago and had one of the cheaper tests which were accepted at the airport. 40 e each at a pharmacy at El Raso.

Ive also been looking into PCR tests on both sides and found it all quite frustrating, there seems no official direction from either government on the best way forward it is like trying to knit fog whilst knee deep in treacle. I suppose at the moment the actual requirements once leisure travel restarts is an unknown quantity with the EU now talking about green cards to travel.

If you get vaccinated then unlikely you will need test, that seems way it’s going to be as Spain, Greece & others pushing this although of course the French are against as so bad at rolling out vaccinations!!

I saw in the news yesterday that France had 24,000 plus new cases against the UK about 6,000 which must show that the speed of the vaccinations in the UK are having the desired effect.

I think it is too early to be concerned with where one can get tested for travel. Brit's are currently banned from entry into Spain. However a solution will soon be found to make entry both safe and affordable as the Spanish economy needs the tourist income.

Are you referring to the Brits that have stayed in Spain below the radar and should have already applied for residency?  Others surely should have long returned to the UK having seen the writing on the wall before now.

No it's the 90 out of any 180 days rule. The clock started ticking on 1st January. 90 days takes them to 10 April.
