Derek no surprise really, you could change the locations to UK cities and read the same story. As ive no doubt bored many over recent times its still the 80/20 rule. With 80% of us doing whats right for the good of everybody and the 20% who stick 2 fingers up and continue doing what they want regardless of the implications and risk to the wider population.
My new year prediction is much more of the same, if people think this year has been bad, i reckon next year will be more challenging for different reasons.
