My wife an me are in our 78th. year and self isolated. My wife has had a Stroke on Saturday and semi-paralised with also Demeantia. I have Heart and Diabetis . I am left to care for her 24 hours a day I have tried to get some help to no contact from any body. Also we are nearly out of food for us and our 3 dogs and 3 cats and can't get any home deliveries from Supermarkets locally 21820 We don't know which way to turn. Their are no friends or family in Spain to help us.
