All ITV stations are closed and the period for getting a car tested has been extended .The same with licence renewals. Every thing has been frozen in time. The guideline is the vehicle must be kept roadworthy.

I was shown a fine slip two days ago issued in the Alicante area for 2,000 Euros for driving a car without good reason. It will be reduced by 50% if paid within 15 days, No excuse the message is clear stay at home.
