How is GA doing ??

Just wondering how GA is fairing at the moment. Obviously Mercadona and Unide will be open and the Chemist. I was wondering if Kikas shop was open on the Carabassi strip or the little shop in the Novamar complex and if any places are open for take aways around the area as they are going to be struggling big time. Hopefully it will be up and running soon.

The corner shop at NOVAMAR is open daily selling all the usual groceries including the best freshly baked baguettes!
Claudia, Razwan & Kevin work so hard to keep the shop afloat.

Yeah all good.    Takeaways available from Maykas.  Hatsikidee on Tuesday and Friday
  Belfry  Sunday lunch and Wednesday carvers.   Facebook watch party's with Kevin and Kim peters.   Pablo boom at 9pm most nights   .  So not bad at all

No, and at least to me it's bewildering that you are allowed over there. You can go 200m from your house with a dog (which is sadly leading to a rise on dog purchases). There are drones patrolling the campo.

The thinking behind some exercise is that it helps with mental and overall health. Being cooped up inside for months will probably lead to as many deaths from other illnesses.

Mental health is of course important, but not infectious and  i still don’t think the UK government is taking this as seriously as they should and some people are not either, the priority at the moment should be on physical health and protecting that, this is a highly infectious disease and the UK has been following the same pattern as Spain 8 or 9 days behind

On the subject of mental well being. Help is available if ever needed online from www.samaritans.org.  and I am sure many others online.  Amazing how they respond with kindness, understanding and quickly get a grip of the problem.

If anyone has depression it is difficult for them to understand as the tears just flow for very little reason. I am sure that people that have not experienced such can't understand but these sort of organizations can help to find a way out.
