Deutche bank online banking

Has anyone else had problems accessing the online banking with deutche bank since they changed the security levels it used to be so easy now I can’t get through the security? I’ve tried ringing up and just get on hold for ages

Hi
I had to call them to update my mobile telephone number because they send you a text now to activate your mobile banking.
Don’t like the idea now having to go to Alicante to keep my account topped up.
Can anybody recommend another bank?
