Am up an running online , I scanned in my NIE certificate from which the NIE number was used to open the account I attached this to the contacts page with a simple message asking could my online account be re enabled and sent it this morning , this afternoon got an email saying account re enabled, you hit the link and input the user name which is your NIE number in the format no hyphens and lower case letters, you chose a password and you are in. I would leave it ten minutes before you login after setting password as I suspect it takes a while to update. But it all works, currently printing my bills.
