DEspite announcing on Facebook that she as staying and keeping restaurant, there is still no sign of life . It was scheduled to reopen 10th September after holidays but still shut and for sale sign still on railings.

One of our favorites and it will be missed, assume she has had a change of heart or some family issues

It was one of our favorites, hope we don't get another steak house, Chinese or Indian as plenty of those.

The restaurant and bar business in GA has always been tough, Maykas in all fairness outdid the average lifespan for the Shirley Bassey. I think an Italian Asian fusion texmex Sunday carvery establishment might do well.

Just read that she is re-opening.  Very confusing as had it from the horses mouth that she wasn’t. Anyway - good news that she has decided to return

I'm hearing it is reopening, but not with Mayka. Simply using the name. Guess we'll see on Saturday!
