Hi and thanks in advance for any advice. Our tv signal is patchy at best and we are wondering if it is just the HDMI cables. I'm buying new ones tomorrow. But sat boxes are old. If I pay monthly do gatv replace old or faulty equipment or do I have to buy new? Would rather know before I call them out. Thanks 😎

Why not wander up and have a chat to Asun at GATV, she's very helpful and speaks excellent english.

Is it not easier just to buy a KODI box for about £28 and no monthly fees

KODI is a very inefficient platform at the moment so much so I chucked mine away for a firestick. I have a IPTV apk on mine with all the channels you could wish for at £49 per year. I also have Terrarium to watch box sets and movies, the IPTV is absolutely brilliant with the ability to pop it in my pocket and use it anywhere that has Internet.
It also has 7 day rewind so er indoors can catch up with corrie. If you're not out here often a lot of people just pay for free sat which I know nothing about.

I have freesat over here, one off fee for dish and box (GATV set it up for me). It's pretty much the equivalent of freeview in UK.

Have no issues with KODI UK channels, Box Sets and a monthly fee of £0

Kodi is free of charge, as Ash said it doesn’t cost you a cent to download, update or use it.
I run Terrarium TV and the Durex Build on a Firestick and it meets all our needs in Spain and we use it more in the UK than we do terrestrial TV
All you need is a solid reliable internet connection, GATV provides that.

Regards all

John
