Good evening, neighbors:

This afternoon some squatters entered a house in an urbanization. The neighbors with the help of the police and the civil guard has thrown them out, but of course, they have stayed to try again. So have your eyes open. Because they're going to try again.
They say they had a blast that in a Gran Alacant there are many empty houses and they are coming to get into squats.

There were 15 gypsies with children. You must be vigilant!

Reassuring for the hundreds of us who don't occupy our properties year round.!!!!!
However, it does indicate a more proactive response from the authorities than would be the case in other countries.

Squatting in domestic property in the UK is a criminal offence now, which is why squatters target empty business premises instead.
