Rosa is literally the saviour with my wife and I. So much more than just a translator, she's had appointments brought forwards, had us fitted in as emergencies... she knows everyone in the hospital on first name terms... she just makes things work! It's probably not her job but she even seems to remember or medical histories, and has even had doctors change their advice when she remembered a previous drug we were taking in the UK, incredible. We saw her the other week when she called at the house just to leave a Christmas gift! She's a cracker.
