Altomar 2 Anual General Meeting

The AGM was quite an experience
Wauuu can people argue
There nearly where a fight

The AGM took more than 4 hours

Here is the interesting part

Building on the solarium

Here it was stated clearly that it is not ok to build on top of the roof terrace
Or to obstruct any views what so ever

The owners who has done this has properly / certainly not a permit for the construction
The owners association, has together with an architect made a report which shows / give examples of different constructions
This report is attaché to the AGM call email

There wasn't any examples with any mega constructions / building on the solarium!

The chairman / president and the property management AF Gestifinc  told that if there were buildings that people are dissatisfied with then they must contact the property management (AF gestifinc) with a complain

The property management AF Gestifinc  will take a look on the property and will contact the owner
To find out if the owner got a permit for the building or not
If the owner does not have a permit
The property management AF Gestifinc will ask the owner to remove the building
If the owner doesn't eliminate the building
Than

"The property management AF Gestifinc will go to court"

That is what was said on the AGM!

My personal opinion is that it will probably make the most sense if we make a gathered complaint together from all the owners that dosen't agree with these mega constructions on the solarium obstructing the views from all other neighbors here in Altomar 2


Please  write if you have any good ideas / suggestions for it
This here just got to be stopped in a hurry
Before the entire Altomar 2 looks like a slum city

I hope that the property management AF Gestifinc will do as they say

We complained to Gestifinc 4 years ago before, during, and after our neighbours built an extension on their solarium. They did have plans submitted by a surveyor prior to Santa Pola council granting them a licence. Gestifinc just told us to denounce them, 3 neighbours who were losing part if their view did this, but to no avail, as far as the council are concerned , views don't really matter, even though we paid extra for this when buying our property.  So how do we stand when our neighbours have all the appropriate authorisation from the council, but not as far as we know from the Administration or Comittee. Our neighbours did submit photos to Gestifinc, so they did know this was happening.
Are they saying that if you do not have a licence you cannot build, but if you do have a licence you can build what you like !
