Man been bitten by a shark in the sea at Arenales today. Taken to Elche hospital.

UK has world leading Trauma centres in hospitals, even advising Afghanistan over the Internet - so UK anytime for me (should I need it).

Tongue in cheek reply, depends where in UK you live but hospital in Elche is second to none compared to some in the UK (where you would be sat in A&E for literally hours) My opinion
