Rubbish Collections??

Our bins haven't been emptied for a few days now and are overflowing. Now they are surrounded by bags of rubbish dumped on the ground.  Whilst this is very good news for the rats it is a big problem for the local humans.

Anybody know if there is a strike on?

Ours have vanished!!
I went down one day last week and they had gone, I guess the people who had them outside their houses are delighted.
I've been taking our rubbish to the bins behind the Carabassi Strip, they are being emptied daily.
I've noticed that some folk are two lazy to do this and are putting their rubbish on the ground where the bins used to be, idiots
