Can anyone tell me where I can get cardboard packing boxes from , for a removal

Ikea for new ones. But if you're not averse to a swift bin stop (my second favourite furniture shop! haha - The cardboard recycle bin outside the bike shop in the GA Centre is frequently overflowing (literally) with brand new boxes, including the huge ones bikes come in, and all sorts of medium ones, presumably from other shops in the area. They're brand new, and only stacked with other cardboard.
