Ryanair Trick

I've posted this before but it's worth mentioning again.

With Ryanair I book the return flight separately from the outward flight and pay for it in euros using my Santander Zero credit card which doesn't charge a transaction fee. I've just booked for June and saved the price of a couple of pints.
The price as part of a return flight was £44.99 I've just checked the card account and it cost me £40.76. Ryanair kindly offer the exchange at £43 something so remember to change it back to euros at checkout.
Before depending on the cost of the flights and the exchange rate I've saved up to £30 on a couple of flights.

Good to know thanks!
I fly out with Ryanair on Tuesday and we just paid the base price. We didn't bother with the luxury upgrades such as a seat....or use of the inside toilets  :P

Cheers

Davy !!!

Michael O'Leary (CEO of Ryanair) was on Radio 2 recently and aparantly it was a BBC reporter a few years ago who said will you charge for the toilet next and he replied maybe - he then said that this gave Ryanair free publicity.
