New Builds
« on: April 02, 2016, 11:14. »
The wife has her heart set on one of the new modern style new build houses in Gran Alacant. There's loads of photos on the interweb and a few videos on you tube, but no actual address or location.
Does anyone know where these houses are located?....street name????....map location????....anything?

Thanks

Davy !!!

They are being built in conjunction with MASA. If you ask at the sales office they will be able to tell you more.

The prices have already started to go up with these properties.

The 4 bedroom detached ones have gone up €10000.00 and they will only start building them when they have deposits

Assuming the 4 bed places are a hundred thousand which sounds very cheap , if building picks up it will make it difficult to sell second hand homes as it will be cheaper to buy off plan.

Gone up BY 100K more like. I can't imagine even MASA selling 4 bed detached's for 100K although that is about all they'd be worth.

In all fairness Tony we've all seen stories of MASA in Holiday Homes From Hell and the like but I've got to say the MASA houses I've been in have been fine

Morning All

Come on all pay attention
I wrote that they have gone up 10k already

Went to look at one a few weeks ago
When I got in office salesman told me of the price rise

I then asked to look at show house,he explained to me but one and you can look at it

Got back up hill faster than I do on my bike
