Yes it's very competitive, I checked my transactions and they're the same as XE.COM, no added fees and you can use any ATM, even the one at the Carrabasi doesn't charge.
Supercard rate currently at or around 1.26... Xe.com at 1.30. Hardly the same.....

Supercard use the European visa rate, I thought it was ex.com, currently European visa rate is 1.31
They don't make any load
