You get 100% what you get at present. I have no less service items now than before I transferred to the free online account. Last week when I was over in GA I had a problem. Went into the GA branch and they sorted it for me just as they would have done when I was paying. They even set it all up for me the first place. I think obtaining a free online account might now be difficult if you are not a resident because of Brexit.

Steve, my d/D's are taken from my sabell bank, the only transfers from my English bank are the quarterly  regular transfers in (free) to sabell
