I've just received a flyer from this company offering PCR test + fit to fly certificate for £119 with same day results. Locations in Liverpool, Manchester and Wolverhampton with London and Leeds coming soon.
If this is correct it makes a mockery of the £285 usual fee. May be worth a phone call if we're ever allowed out again.

I did read a few weeks ago that AENA was introducing COVID testing at Alicante airport....I didnt look at the pricing structure

'Wolverhampton' is a bit off the mark, like a Ryanair airport it's miles away from the city. It's practically closer to Liverpool. :)

Pricing structure hasn't been announced yet John, but will be starting in May and AENA have said that the pricing will be 'competitive' which is why they awarded the contract to Eurofins.

Thanks B&W, may be useful if we ever get out of Hotel California.

Personally I'm getting a lot restless.

Had first vaccination last Saturday, no side effects whatsoever so feeling like I could use some good news next week; and going back to school isn't high on my personal agenda.
