It wasn't meant to be sarcastic as such, more incredulous that anyone would require a fax, and sympathetic with the poor soul who has to find somewhere to send it.

Not at all sure that GA Services will still have a fax machine, but worth a try. Scan and email much more likely.

I actually can't remember the last time I sent a fax, probably in excess of 12 years ago now.
