Obtaining Tourist Licence

Hi,

We would like to obtain a tourist licence to allow our property to be rented out. please could anyone advise what needs to be done and any local firms who will handle on our behalf.

I would have thought that if you were using a reputable agency such as Alicante Holiday Villas or Novadesta they would either take care of this or assist you in being fully legal

FAB down in Masa Square can handle most stuff, or at least point you in the right direction.
You're doing the right thing.  The penalties for not having a license are harsh, & they are tightening up.  Balearics only need to show that you've offered a property for rent, & with access to your utility bills, they can ping you for residence or letting.
