Urbanisation Administrator

We have an apartment on Victoria Playa, Gran Alacant. My husband has been ill for two years and so we have not been able to visit.
We have had no new notifications of change of Administrator and neither have had any notification of our AGM for two years.  If there is someone from VP urbanisation can give me information I would be very grateful.
