Three things to say.....

1. It looks and feels like the warm weather has at last arrived, the ladies will be shaving their legs this morning
2. They should ban men from using Rolsers
3. There’s some folk arrived over the weekend

  .......oh and a fourth thing to say, what’s the crack with all these folk who’ll pay £30,000 and more for a mobile home and are too tight to pay a few euros to go on a site where they can hook up to the services?
They spoil the view on the coast road...you wouldn’t be allowed to build there yet they’re allowed to set up home.
I hope they clear all their rubbish up.

Seen sixty odd motor homes down the beach road between GA and Santana Pola, what do they do with the sewage ?

I suppose as in all walks of live Kevin there are responsible owners who will dispose of effluent correctly and others who will just chuck it into the sea or into quickly dug hole on the beach under the cover of darkness

As one who has now sold his apartment and bought a motorhome, they are generally a fair bit more than €30K. Secondly they have waste tanks for sewage and grey water which enable them to go three days or so before needing to find a disposal point. The big RV's can go even longer. The attraction is the nomadic lifestyle and being able to wake up to a sea view. You'll probably find that most are just one or two nighters sampling the area before moving on. You never know, you may find me down there one day for old times sake. ;)

I can relate to the nomadic lifestyle, we used to have a caravan, really miss it. Think most people who own motor homes or caravans are responsible. Must be wonderful to pitch down by the beach.

Most of the nomads where i live, break onto private land, cause chaos for a few weeks, and leave behind all there detritus. They also own 30K homes. One persons nomad is anothers problem.

I'd love to be able to afford one and do the travelling around without a care in the world thing. The vast majority seem very friendly (even the Germans) and responsible. I've said it before Santa Pola are missing a money making scheme by not using the empty car park at the Carrabasi beach, all
It would need is a few large bins running water and a waste water tank.
