Mrs H has a severe allergy to gluten and has no issues eating out in GA, she knows what to avoid as I guess your daughter does and orders accordingly.

Mercadona have a decent range of gluten free breads.

Hi Gary, try La Paletta in the square. Very helpful.

A friend of ours came out last year who is a celiac and we were very impressed with the knowledge that all the restaurants we went in had.
Far more understanding than in the UK.
Even the supermarkets have clear labels on their product informing you if it is gluten free.

La Paletta are fab for this as are Mercadona - I have to say (not suffering from this condition, but have a good friend who does) Mercadona frozen gluten free pizzas take a lot of beating too!

There's no gluten in meat, veg, fish, salad, fruit, milk........can't understand what all the fuss is about.......as for gluten free pasta.....urghhhhhh, it's dreadful!!

As I said earlier, as long as you know what you can eat dining out in GA or anywhere in all honesty isn't a problem, well it's not for Mrs H, she just asks them to leave things off the plate
