Ruined Holiday Really

This story really amazes me
It was clearly an error by Easyjet, her hand luggage was clearly to big and she was charged.

The refund went back on her card along with the charges and they even refunded the hand luggage charge that was rightly charged.

How is this a news story

Agree it's not really a worthy news story, but the fact she has to wait 5-7 working days for a refund is ridiculous, it's not a couple of quid.
Also the fact easyjet would not send a fax to her bank when they are clearly in the wrong, they should of done EVERYTHING they could to help.

Wasn't the issue the fact that they had charged for 55 cases instead of £55?
