Car Damage / Windscreen Repair
« on: August 14, 2022, 14:09. »
After the mini tornado of last Friday night - my car suffered some quite significant (flying debris) damage to the bonnet, windscreen and roof.

I'll line things up with Linea tomorrow - the question is after a screen change how do I get a new ITV sticker?  I know they are impossible to remove once stuck to the glass. Has anyone else had a screen change and got around this?

TIA

I'm wondering if you heated the label up with a hair dryer it might be possible to peel it off

It might be worth sticking any future disc to another bit of removable clear film which could be attached to the windscreen. I've attached my French and German environmental stickers to a thin bit of plastic which sits behind the windscreen in case of any mishaps with it.
