Paint colours

Does anyone know if permission is required to change the colour of our spiral staircase at the front of our property. We have friends who have volunteered to paint it for us and have asked if they can do it black instead of cream. Wouldn’t want to break any rules. Our property is on Mont y Mar.

I suspect if most around you are black then it would be ok but E Mail the community agent or your president they will advise . I know we can’t change the colour of walls etc outside

Surely the people to ask are your President and or Administration. Obviously get the answer in writing. How would any forum member here know and if a forum member told you wrongly you would then have to do the job twice.
