For us a day out needs two things, a decent destination and a good meal, we had both today.
We’ve been to Javea several times and love the town and the coast surrounding it.
Today we chose to visit V-THOS, the vegan restaurant featured on TV last month.
After sampling the “sandals and beads” brigade vegetarian restaurants a few years ago my expectations weren’t that high!!
It was great, lovely welcome from the owners who time to explain their ethos to us and an explanation of the dishes, Mrs H who has a dairy and gluten free diet was in her element.
We ate from the tapas menu, it was brilliant!!
Very very tasty food with lots of textures, not what I imagined, their rating on Trip Advisor is well justified
We are looking forward to trying the vegan restaurant in Alicante that AHV recommended.

Food looks great. Hopefully we will get to go there when we next fly over.
