We had  an extractor fitted above our cooker/hob when we first bought our place on GA, I'm looking to replace it due to the hellish racket it makes, I can't fit a conventional hood as the ducting is off set to one side, the existing unit is fixed to the wall and flexible ducting goes into the built in stack. I can't seem to source a replacement for my situation,  and ideas gratefully received,  thanks.

We miss the weather outlook and currency exchange-rate displays that were in the side panel until a few days ago.
Is this a glitch or re-design?

On one of the FB Gran Alacant groups there's a video of the road that runs along side the Clot showing the water leve above the pavement, I read that GA had about 15 litres of water per square metre in less than an hour and Los Arensles had 23 litre per square metre. I heard that the Unide supermarket up Cardiac Hill was flooded.

Suprising how quickly the water went.

We set out in the car yesterday in GA about 17:30 to visit a restaurant on the Carabassi strip, used the car as it had started raining,  never seen rain like it, decided to head for higher ground so went up to Av Escandinavia,  big mistake, the road was a river , was fearful of the car being swamped so managed to pull into the car park opposite the piedra restaurant , had to park up at the kerb at the exit as many other cars were coming into the car park to escape the water, was an anxious half hour before the rain stopped and we crept down to the Carabassi strip and staggered into the Indian. I thought I'd seen ridiculous rainfall in GA before but this was something else.
