has anyone tried insulating the attic so that the heat stays in your house during the winter season
all the houses down here are not / lack insulation in the attic
any experiences tips or tricks would be appreciated

I had this with one of my private pensions, I took the form to my UK doctors surgery with my passport and one of the staff checked my credentials, signed and stamped the letter and it was done.

 Got a letter today from DWP (dept of work and pensions) i now have to prove that i am alive. I now have to go cap in hand to find someone who is superior to me to fill in the form to confirm i am alive. If i had not recieved the letter (as happens with other post like birthday cards etc) my pension would be stopped after 16 weeks. They recommend i return the reply by air mail but the letter they sent was bog standard post. I dont know if they are choosing people at random or if all pensioners will be notified but keep a lookout for your post. Just need to find a (SUITABLE PERSON) now.

You should take a trip into leroy merlin. You can actually buy everything you need of the shelf for solar installation. I know most community's have rules about them . Might be worth checking if your allowed

Hi has anyone had solar panels installed ?
I thinking of have some installed I would like to find out if that pay for themselves and any recommendations / price to have them fitted, I have you can get a good deal from the electric supplier.
Any information would really help.

i dont know how many are aware of the death of NINA a few months ago. Irene and i over the past 15 years have spent so many times with her eating and drinking, she was great company. She turned the former internet cafe next to the norway club into a lovely food and drink bar. . i recall, when the gates were closed and you had to walk all the way round to our square, Irene was having trouble walking, so Nina loaned us a key so we could open the gate near Zest bar. We will miss her.
