Well, having driven over it today I can confirm they have actually done - nothing, nowt, zilch, zero etc etc

I too can confirm that "Phase 1" did not involve weeding.

Well lots of people driving round & not opening there eyes how dangerous is that. Work has been under the bridge repairing the concrete cancer without effecting the use of the bridge, well done in the UK miles oops sorry km of road would have been coned of with traffic calming measures for miles !!!!! Keep up the good work Santa pola.
