Looks like the architect used the 3D "Fashionable Thirty-Somethings and Kids" people generator when he should have switched on "Grey Hair, Overweight and Madrid Accountant for A Week a Year".

I must be somewhat jaded. When I see that, admittedly impressive, rooftop pool "complex" I just think about the community charges, and what will happen if they don't look after it properly. I bet that infinity pool io the last thing that gets built dependent on sales!

Have they started on the golf course yet Rich

The builds got a long way to go till it looks like the building in that video!!

I'd love laying on one of those sunbeds that are half in the pool - looks great. Wonder what the community charges and cost of apartments are?  Well out of my budget for sure. Will have to befriend an owner

It looks amazing, but the words artists 'impression' hold the key to it, while watching the video we got the impression that it looked like it was on the beach, which of course it won't be.  Looking forward to having that drink in the bar of the gran alacant golf club too, we just hope we are not too old to make the journey to the golf club once it opens😂😉

Judging by the high standard of the "TM" builds recently  - I actually think they might live up to the artist impressions.

They do have a good reputation, and it will certainly get lots of interest from the video, I can't wait to see it but goodness only knows what the prices will be if it does end up being as impressive as that, we would need a lottery win for sure,  will have to go and have a look though when it's done, but we won't be swapping our location.

We've been in our TM property for close on 10 years now, pleased to say not one problem with the build quality, their reputation is justly founded

Must admit when we stayed in Novamar whilst waiting for our 'Masa' property to be built we were impressed with the finish. However, friends are key holders for a number of the new white TM properties on the hill going down to the beach and they say the finish is not as good as they have had to organise repairs to leaks, electrics etc.

Starting price 2bed 168k euros. Round the side of building.
Up to 330k with solarium south east facing.
All with garage and store room

Then 3 bed going up from 300k- 540k
All with garage and store room.
Well out of my price range :) but I bet you would have no trouble letting them out

Same price as a detached villa with private pool. Possibly even more expensive - I'll pass!
