Does anybody know were and when the new road is going be,which is supposed to come off the n332 into gran alacant !!!

I was told there Is going to be a new road leading into GA from the N332  just before the one that's there already, coming from the airport !!!!!

I believe the new road is going from GA to Santa Pola direct
There is a rock breaker working outside the Life Resort right now ,That may be it getting started

That's interesting, and that one has planning going back at least five years. I have even seen the actual plans.

I have been told it is a new Drain.I don't know if this is true

Sounds more likely.  Can´t see the logic of a major new road starting at the Life Resort.

I was told by a estate agent that new road will be coming off the N332 before the exsiting turn off and will be used for he new homes beenig built down there and will go all the way to the beach !!!!

Thats not the same estate agent that mentioned the golf course,hotel,bowling alley and multi screen cinema was it

As you walk through the waste land behind the Life Resort there are piles of drainage pipes stacked ready for work to commence. It may be just drainage works or it may be drainage + road as they tend to lay the drainage before they build the road.
There has long been talk of a road from the 'curva peligrosa' direct to Santa Pola.

Think any major news would have been in the local press. Rumours is why we started the Gran Alacant magazine 11 years ago
