One of the reasons why I would not buy other than the top floor in any development, ever since a holiday in Portugal when I experienced a lady in the apartment above who insisted on putting on the high heels as soon as she rose in the morning, at least that's how it seemed, clip clop, clip clop up and down and all around for a good 15 mins before she went out to work or whatever, very annoying when one is in recovery mode  ;D
