Title: Checking up

My wife was talking to a friend who had just come back from G A, and she was saying two men in suites
carrying a clipboard,knocked on the door and asked if she was a renter or did she own it.
Was wondering if anybody else had been approached. They seemed to go to every apartment,  are they
checking up on rental holiday apartments
