Title: What the h*ll !
Post by: sunseekers on August 18, 2015, 12:55.: I'm in th North East it's chucking it down according to the forecast temperature of low teens,with wind chill possibly single figures, IT IS AUGUST FOR GODS SAKE, my bones and muscles don't know what has hit them 😧 .

Post by: John H on August 18, 2015, 13:05.: I'm a few miles further south Graham on the Yorkshire Coast, yesterday we were out in the car in shorts and tshirts with the roof on the car down.......today we've got the central heating on!!
It makes life interesting!!

Post by: sunseekers on August 25, 2015, 09:49.: Lol, I haven't heard that before, but it's true nonetheless this year in particular. The surfers on our beach at seaton Carew seem completely unaffected by weather, even mid winter when it's freezing they are there, never ceases to amaze me. Much more for us the weather in gran alacant, one of our daughters has been out the first two weeks of August and the other is there now so I can't wait to see the photos, they will have to keep us going till we get there again.

Post by: sunseekers on August 25, 2015, 18:37.: Yes that's right, it was a couple of years ago now and before we lived here, they have a great sense of humour and it's a friendly little seaside village, the only thing missing is the Spanish weather, and the outside life.
