And therein lies a tale.
Call me a cynic if you will, but we are talking an improvement to an N road.  Were it CV, we might be OK, but the fact that SP gives the land, does not finance the roadworks.
Elections are over, so my advice is, be realistic in your expectations of what a cash strapped authority can provide.
The future looks bright, but patience is very much needed before we can look forward to major works & improvements to our infrastructure.
