We have a holiday apartment on Altomar 2 and close to gate 1 by the BBVA bank. The pedestrian gate seems to not be working with our green key fob. The fob opens the swimming pool gates. Has anyone else had this problem. I have emailed the new community company and had no reaponse except they attached the terms of the gates and the pools for home owners in debt. Not sure why they sent us that as we are not in debt at all to the community. There was no further response. Ignorant b*****ds comes to mind. I sent them a further email and not heard anything back. Not a patch on Gestifinc so far in their responses to problems. Some of the gates I see actually have keys rather than the use of the fobs. Does anyone know where you can get the keys from please ? Someone said there is an office opposite quicksave. But not seen anything. Thanks

Your best bet is to borrow one and get a couple cut in the GA centre
