Going back 5 years there were a lot of Russians in the area between Gabe and The Commercial Ctr in those new builds. A lot of cars with Russian plates. I never saw any at the beginning of the month.

There are certainly a lot of Polish buying here now.  There is a Polish restaurant in Masa Square and several Polish estate agencies in the area  8)
