Considering selling, any recommendations on estate agents/lawyers.

We’ve been recommended Gran Alacant properties & Susana de la Rosa Pertusa so far, anyone used?

Henrik Frankenberg @ SkandiaMäklarna sold our house in Costa Huspania. Wasn't on site myself so used Erik @ Stattin and partners as my lawyer. Overall a good experience.

Yes I used both of them. Very good service at the right price. Susana was exceptional.

Thanks for your advice, apparently we need the habitation certificate which I can’t find as bought 20 years ago, anyone know how to get replacement & costs. Also need energy certificate, again anyone recent information appreciated
