Title: Does anyone know how to re-tune a sat receiver

I have a "Tele sat receiver and I can't find out how to get back all of my UK TV channels

If you go on the menu on the tv, you should be Able to re tune all available channels, or just turn  the box off and back on it might reset its self !!!

To retune my sat box I had to go into menu and find were it asked for my postcode, which soughted it out
