Title: Pipeline to Tabarca

There's an area of beach in Santa Pola that's cordoned off and a slipway to the water cut to facilitate the installation of a submarine pipeline running to Tabarca, a water line I think, there are hundreds of shaped concrete blocks to hold the pipeline on the sea floor.
