Hi can anyone recommend a good local estate agent please ? thanks

Can highly recommend Victoria Immobilaria, on Avd Escandinavia. They sold our apartment in 4 weeks, We had 2 bids at the full asking price on the same day, we sold to the first bidder.
They have been in Gran Alacant for many years, we found them very professional and they made the whole process worry free.

In the past four weeks I've had a couple of old friends from Novamar V who have sold their properties with Gran Alacant Properties, both have been full of praise for the service they received.
The market seems to be really hot at the moment, both were sold in less than two weeks with one completing in less than 5 weeks.

We used Rosa Inmuebles global Europa,she did everything for us.Sorted power of attorney and kept us informed every step.It was sold within 3 weeks,she was brilliant taking pressure off me whilst my husband was terminally ill and I couldn't travel.

Another big vote for Rosa Inmuebles global Europa.  We sold through her over a year ago and she looked after absolutely everything.  Also no need to have a solicitor as she looks after all of that for the client.  I have heard of agents trying to get deals for buyers but Rosa completely works for the seller.
